3. 請同學即時反映課程進度內容之建言，填寫意見時，身份將受到保密。

4. 上網填答完成者，即可參與抽獎，獎項豐富，最高獎金3000元。

This semester’s midterm course feedback survey will begin from Mar. 24 to Apr. 7, 2025. The website will be closed after the deadline.

Please log on the Student Information System website at https://i.ntust.edu.tw/EN/student and fill out the on line course feedback survey form.

Please give comments on the course progress and contents.

Your identification will be kept confidential when filling out the evaluation form.

One who has finished filling out the form on the website will be entitled to the lucky draw with plenty of prizes.
