Deputy Governor of Russia ' s Tomsk region, Mr. Alexey Pushkarenko, led a team of six to visit NTUST

    Led by Mr. Alexey Pushkarenko, Deputy Governor of Tomsk in charge of technology innovation and education, a group of six esteemed scholars came to NTUST campus for an exchange visit. Among the visitors, Mr. Vladislav Zinchenko is the counselor of science and education development, Mr. Alexander Budnitsky is the administrator of science and innovation council, Prof.Shelupanov Alexander is the Vice President of Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics, Dr. Mikhail Cherkashin is a professor of Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics, and Anton Tyazhev is a professor of Tomsk State University. They were here on October 28 (Friday) for academic exchange.

    President Chen Shi-Shuenn, accompanied by Dean Chi Chia-Fen and Deputy Dean Emma Huang of International Affairs, Deputy Dean Chen Chao-Chang of Research and Development, and Chairman Yang Chang-Fa of Electrical Engineering Department, held a reception meeting to welcome their visit. In the meeting, participants from both sides expressed their ideas about how to launch exchange programs without reservation. This is really a great start of NTUST ' s strategic alliance with Tomsk State.
