NTUST was honored by NCA as the Best User Organization for R & D Substitute Services and Huang Chien- sheng was ranked No. 6 among the Best R&D Substitute Services Draftees.

NTUST was honored by National Conscription Agency of Ministry of the Interior as the Best User Organization 2010 for Research and Development Substitute Services and Huang Chien- Sheng of Construction Engineering Ph.D. program was ranked No. 6 among the R&D Substitute Services Draftees of the Best Performance 2010.

 

    NTUST was granted by NCA as the best user organization of the R&D substitute services for the year 2010. The awards presentation ceremony was held at the Central Taiwan Science Park on October 14. Vice Dean of R&D Chen Chao-Chang received the award from Administrative Vice Minister Tseng Chung-Ming during the awards presentation ceremony.
