Project Assistant Professor Position

Job Description:

The Department of Business Administration at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan Tech) invites applications for a Project Assistant Professor position. Applicants should be experts in one of the following areas: business strategy, marketing, Human Resources Management, data analysis, business applications of artificial intelligence, or related management fields.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in one of the above-mentioned specializations (approximately 9 hours per week)
• Engage in innovative approaches to learning and teaching
• Publish high-quality research in leading journals
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Head of the Department

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. degree in business strategy, marketing, Human Resources Management, data analysis, business applications of AI, or related management fields
• Ability to teach in English
• At least one year of industry-related work or research experience in the relevant field (for tenure-track application only)
