Job Description:
- Support the Department/College's international exchange service and English courses
- Develop and teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses
- Engage in innovative approaches to teaching and research
- Publish high-quality research in leading journals
- Participate in administrative duties as assigned by the Chair of the Department
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Biochemistry, Energy, Materials Science, Polymer Technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related fields
- At least 1 year of industry experience OR 2 years of industrial collaborative research experience in an academic institution
- Ability to communicate in Chinese and teach chemical engineering courses in English
- Enthusiasm for teaching and research
