The UK-based Times Higher Education (THE) recently released the 2026 World University Rankings by Subject. Taiwan Tech continues to rank globally in Business and Economics, Computer Science, Education, and Engineering, demonstrating its steady development and cross-disciplinary strengths in teaching, research, and industry–academia collaboration.

In the field of Education Studies, Taiwan Tech is ranked 101–125 globally and second nationwide, second only to National Taiwan Normal University. Notably, Taiwan Tech ranks first nationwide in the Research Quality indicator, highlighting the university’s strong performance in educational research, its ability to continuously disseminate new knowledge and propose innovative ideas, and its effectiveness in transforming research outcomes into academically impactful and in-depth scholarly contributions.
